Freshness/provenance map of every terminal panel. frozen = derived from frozen OOS artifacts (ledger #49 lineage): the daily lane deliberately does NOT advance these — recomputing them from newer data would be rerun-to-significance. daily = recomputed by each CI refresh from live caches. cadence = advances on its source's publication rhythm (CFTC weekly, price caches ~5-day grace, EDGAR filing rhythm). as_of is read from each panel's own timestamp fields; null = the panel carries no observation date (static research artifact). rows is the len() of the panel's exported row list — computed from the committed payload, never a declared total; null = index/series panel with no natural row table (the terminal home's directory-scale counts render from it). The only legal way frozen numbers move forward: E3 forward-live accumulation or a new pre-registered phase. source_health quantifies field-level quality on the committed JSONs (smart_money ticker nulls = filings on unlisted targets honestly left empty; reddit bull_ratio nulls = sentiment not yet gradable in the accumulating window; cot staleness in weeks vs the Friday publication rhythm). planned lists panels that are NOT built — no fetcher, no data, no endpoint payload — disclosed so the panel count is never mistaken for coverage.
